• These durable "T-Handle" type tools feature a unique locking collar which allows the tool to be used as an untorqued snug-up or back-off as well as a conventional torque tool. With locking collar retracted, the tool torques to the specified torque in the right hand direction (tightening), while ratcheting in the left hand direction
• When proper torque value has been achieved, the mechanism slips internally and over tightening is impossible
• It is the base for a whole family of specialized tools in the NO-HUB line
