Purolator® Hi-E® 40 medium-efficiency pleated air filters are designed for long life and high performance in demanding HVAC and process air applications. Available in a wide range of sizes (1-,2-,4-, or 6-in) and has mechanical efficiency: MERV 8 before and after conditioning step.

Features
- Designed for long life and high performance in demanding HVAC and process air applications
- The filter design utilizes double-wall thickness around the outer edge and integral die-cut cross members, which provides strength and rigidity and prevents delaminating, excessive buckling, collapsing, racking, warping and bending
- The frame is bonded with the media pack using high-strength, 100% water-repellent adhesive and provides 50% more contact points between the media pack and the frame. The 4-inch models also use die-cut fingers separators to stabilize each pleat.
